Our people lie at the heart of our success.
We treat our people and partners fairly and with respect. We recognise that our working environment directly influences our productivity, safety, and well-being, and work to create a productive and prosperous workplace where everyone can succeed.
Working with us
We operate in diverse geographies, spanning different nationalities, cultures and abilities.
Our corporate office is located in London, supported by a regional technical office in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire and country offices in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso and Dakar, Senegal.
We have five operating mines, and a portfolio of advanced development projects and exploration assets across Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali and Guinea.
We are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, race, nationality, religion or belief, ethnic origin or disability.
We offer diverse opportunities for continued growth - both professionally and personally. In all the locations and communities in which we operate, our employees are united by common values.
Career development
A key focus for us is fostering talent, training our people and developing future leaders.
We actively encourage our people to develop their careers with us through a number of programmes and initiatives, with a supportive framework in place to foster success.
We provide a wide range of training initiatives within and outside of expert career areas, such as health and safety, ESG disclosure, ABC and compliance training.
We work to identify top talent and provide the right resources to encourage career development. From skills training for front line managers, team leaders and supervisors to our comprehensive senior leadership training, the Management Development Programme (MDP), our programmes can help our people flourish.
We offer opportunities for growth through our internal mobility programme, unleashing the full potential of our people and helping them to progress in their careers and develop their skill sets by moving to different sites or departments.
