Operations and Technical Services
Mining, Process, Maintenance
The Mining department oversees the exploration, extraction and management of mineral resources. It is responsible for all mining operations, from strategic planning to the implementation of mining techniques on the mine site.
The Process department focuses on optimizing mineral processing processes to maximize the efficiency and profitability of mining operations. It is responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of mineral processing processes, from extraction to processing into finished products
The maintenance department provides maintenance and repair of mobile equipment used in mining operations. It is responsible for the reliability, availability and performance of mobile equipment, such as transport trucks, excavators, drills and bulldozers.
The hydrogeology department ensures the sustainable management of groundwater resources and minimizing the environmental impacts of mining activities. It works closely with other disciplines to address various challenges and contribute to responsible mining practices.
The HSE department ensures the protection of workers health, the safety of operations and the preservation of the environment. It is responsible for implementing, monitoring and improving HSE policies and practices to ensure that mining activities are carried out in compliance with the highest standards.
The geotechnical department ensures the stability and safety of mining operations. Geotechnical engineers apply their expertise in soil and rock mechanics to address various challenges throughout the mining lifecycle, from exploration to closure.
The projects team oversees our project constructions and mine optimisation projects from start to finish.

Our Public Affairs department manages the company's relationships with governments, local communities, and other local stakeholders. It is responsible for strategic communication, regulatory issues management, and community engagement to support the company's goals and maintain a positive reputation in our host countries.
Our Security department ensures that all operations are conducted securely and in accordance with the highest security standards. It is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to protect the company's workers and assets.
Our Human Resources and Communication department contributes to success in a multidimensional way. It attracts and retains top talent, manages communication and public relations, promotes occupational health and safety, and contributes to corporate sustainability and social responsibility by ensuring a competent workforce, effective communication, and commitment to local communities.
Our IT department works closely with the other departments, it can contribute to the success of the organization by providing a reliable, secure and high-performance IT infrastructure.
Our Social Performance department ensures that mining operations are conducted in a socially responsible manner and in harmonious collaboration with local communities. It is responsible for community engagement, social impact management and sustainable development of areas affected by mining activities.
