At Endeavour, safety is our top priority. We are committed to a zero harm culture, driven by the belief that every injury and illness is preventable.
This commitment extends to everyone on our team, employee and contractor alike, where each individual plays a crucial role in ensuring their own safety and that of their colleagues. By fostering this collaborative approach, we aim to create a work environment where everyone feels empowered, supported and, most importantly, goes home safely every day.
Our approach
Health and safety is incorporated in our zero harm topic – one of Endeavour’s most material issues. It is incorporated in a number of Endeavour’s principal risks including licence to operate risk, operational performance risk and capital projects risk.
We achieved ISO 45001 certification across our operations during the year which we believe is testament to the strength of our Health and Safety Management Plan and systems that apply to both our employees and contractors.
