Endeavour Mining launched its first back-to-school campaign this year to celebrate academic achievement within the company and local communities.
The "Pépites d'Or" event, now in its fourth year, has expanded to recognise not only the accomplishments of our employees' children but also educational initiatives in our host communities.
On 28 September, the Endeavour Foundation recognised 642 students through three key programs:
- Pépites d'Or: This initiative honors the academic excellence of employees' children who have graduated, encouraging their future success. In 2024, 577 students received awards.
- Jeunes Filles en Scolarité: This program promotes the education of young girls in local communities, raising awareness about the risks of school dropout and covering school fees for 60 promising students in 2024.
- Élite de demain: Launched in 2017, this program supports high-potential students by funding their higher education and offering them work experience at Endeavour Mining. Currently, five students are enrolled in the program.
The Back-to-School campaign underscores Endeavour Mining’s ongoing commitment to education, empowering the next generation of talent in both our workforce and host communities.
