The Endeavour Foundation participated in the 2024 SIAO in Ouagadougou, a flagship event dedicated to promoting local craftsmanship in Burkina Faso. The fair served as a platform to showcase the artisanal expertise of products from women's cooperatives in Mana and Houndé supported by Endeavour.

During the event, the Foundation highlighted Koko Dunda, a local fabric carefully crafted by the SEBAPANI cooperative in Koho, which brings together talented artisans. Also featured were Soumbala, a traditional spice produced by the GNONGONDÈME group in Somona, and shea butter and soap made by a collective of 93 women near the Mana mine site.

This initiative by the Endeavour Foundation aims not only to promote artisanal products but also to strengthen the economic empowerment of women. By providing a platform to showcase their skills and creations, the Foundation contributes to celebrating Burkina Faso's valuable artisanal heritage and encourages sustainable, inclusive development benefiting the communities hosting Endeavour Mining's operations in the country.
